I offer a safe, warm and welcoming confidential space for you to talk openly and freely about any issues which may be causing distress or concern in your life. It is not unusual for people to feel depressed and anxious at some stage in their lives. Sometimes this can be related to a particular life event, other times it can seem to come from nowhere. These periods can feel never-ending and intense and often result in feeling helpless and alone.
My areas of expertise include; trauma and abuse, eating disorders, attachment difficulties, relationships, anxiety, depression and loss and bereavement. I also have an interest in psychosomatic illness, on how the emotions can affect your body.
