How long would I need to come for?

Therapy can be short-term if you have a specific issue that you wish to focus. Longer-term therapy is suitable for more deep-seated change and for those who have been impacted by negative childhood experiences.

When do you offer sessions?

Sessions are held on weekdays.  I strive to be as flexible as I can and also offer early morning appointments.

Do you offer online therapy?

Yes, I have experience of working successfully online via a number of communication platforms.

What are your fees?
